Tracking your order
Once your transaction is completed and accepted, you will receive an email confirming your order. As soon as your order has been processed, a second email will be sent to you confirming shipment and providing you with a tracking number allowing you to trace your package.
Order preparation
Laura Secord* will attempt to prepare and ship your order within a 48 to 72 hour timeframe from the moment your order is received. However, it is possible, due to circumstances beyond Laura Secord's control, that we exceed such timeframe. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm (Eastern Time), with the exception of Canadian and US statutory holidays.
Delivery time
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option selected or depending on the point of shipping. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated and presented to you at check-out before you complete your order. Note that there are no deliveries on the weekends. All orders ship from our Quebec City distribution centre.
Laura Secord accepts to sell its products only if they are shipped to addresses in Canada or the United States.
Shipping to remote areas may take longer than shipping to major urban centres. Deliveries are made on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of Canadian and US statutory holidays.
Shipping costs are not uniform and may vary depending on the size and weight of the package. Shipping costs are those established by the chosen carrier. Laura Secord is nor responsible for the costs and/or delays established by carriers.
