How to find a product on the website?

To find the product you are looking for, click on the magnifying glass in the top right-hand corner of the landing page and enter one or more key words. You can also consult different sections of the website by using the scrolling menu available by clicking on «shop» in the top left-hand corner of the landing page.

How can I modify or cancel my order?
We are not able to change an order once you have confirmed it. If you wish to update/modify an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us so we can assist you. If it is still possible, we will cancel your order and you will be able to place a new one with the correct information.

How to return a product?

Return policy: If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! You can return your products for a full refund via the same payment method you used to make your purchase provided the following criteria are met:

  • The items you are returning were not discounted (these articles are non-exchangeable and non-refundable).

  • The items are returned in their original packaging with original labels.

  • You cover the shipping expenses for the return of your items.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Shipping costs and delivery times for shipped items may vary. Shipping costs are indicated on the order summary. You can therefore estimate the delivery costs of an order before proceeding to payment. Standard shipping costs vary depending on the destination address and content of the order.

Do you offer free shipping?

With the current economic situation and the pressure on raw materials as well transport costs, we have to charge shipping fees on orders less than $1 500 (before taxes and applicable discounts). We will try to accommodate you by continuing to offer you the opportunity to pick up your orders at the nearest Laura Secord store from your location.

Where is my order?

Once your order is finalized in our system and shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track your order online with the selected shipping company.

What are the payment methods?

Orders need to be paid for by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

I forgot my password; how can I retrieve it?

If you forgot your password, you cannot retrieve it however, you can create a new one by clicking on «Reset your password'».

If you would like to change your password, go to your account and select «Connexion and security» then click on «Modify». Follow the instructions and click on «Save Changes».
